Here at Mana we got it all from raw to smoked, from rich and gooey to robust and salty, we have something for everyone including a large selection of organic Cheeses. We have Organic Valley string cheese or Mini Babybel to tuck into the kid’s lunch box as well as sliced American cheese for their sandwiches. For the more sophisticated palate we have Queso de Murcia al Vino (The Drunken Goat) from Spain or Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor. If you’re entertaining or need something quick and easy to bring to a pot-luck pick up one of our special Appetizer Trays and you are sure to impress. Buffalo Mozzarella Spinosa made in Caserta Italy  Bufalo mozzarella is a mild, fresh, stretched-curd cheese made of very thin layers. It has an elastic texture at first and then it becomes softer and deeper in texture as it matures. Rich in calcium and high in protein and lactic flora substances, and with a high vitamin and mineral salt content, buffalo mozzarella is highly nutritional. It carries a DOP (Certified Provenance brand EEC) quality brand stamp.
