No
trip to Mana Foods would be complete without a walk down the longest,
most colorful, and alive aisle in the store. The Produce department
here at Mana Foods has at least 200 unique items at any given time
of year and even more in the summer. We emphasize our selection
on organic and local items. We average 80-90% of our total items
as Certified organic or unsprayed (no synthetic chemicals.) We fly
fresh organic produce in from the mainland 5 days a week so you
can always count on the freshest possible produce. 30%-40% of produce
we sell was grown right here locally in Hawaii, local depending
on availability. We buy lots of items from local growers and are
always looking for more high quality local sustainably grown agricultural
products to offer our customers. We also scour the earth to bring
you the finest selections of fresh Organic offerings from 6 continents
throughout the year.
Whether
you’re coming for a quick lunch, snack, or a weeks worth of
live vitamin, mineral, and phyto nutrient rich produce you can always
count on finding our produce crew ready and willing to assist you
in making those critical decisions like “which avocado will
be the best for today” or “What are the freshest greens
or tastiest fruits" Do not hesitate to ask for a sample of
anything you’re considering in our produce aisle. If your
going to be buying a big bag of grapes, peaches, or lychee’s
you want to make sure they are as terrific tasting as they look.
Mana Foods is your one stop shop for all your produce needs. No
one else has the quality, variety, selection, or prices that we
consistently have here in our produce world. Where else are you
going to find all those rare exotic fruits that Hawaii grows? In
season we carry local grown lychee, longan, rambutan, cherimoya,
